Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage
Swedish massage is a traditional Massage Therapy treatment that uses light to moderate pressure to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and ease everyday muscle tension. Deep tissue massage uses similar techniques but applies firmer pressure to target deeper into the muscle and help relieve chronic tightness and discomfort.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is known as decompression therapy.This technique utilizes plastic, glass or silicone cups to create suction to generate negative pressure to the tissues. Cupping helps to release fascial restrictions, decrease scar tissue and adhesions in the muscle, and enhance blood flow to the area.
Medical Acupuncture
Medical acupuncture is a nerve stimulation technique used to modulate neurological activity, alleviate pain and improve muscle function. The application of acupuncture helps to alleviate muscle pain/tension, nerve pain, increases blood flow and helps to promote tissue healing.
Fine, sterile needles are inserted into specific parts of the body to stimulate the sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles. The needles are stimulated either manually or with electricity.
Medical Acupuncture is best suited for sports injuries, musculoskeletal pain problems (neck pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, joint pain), chronic pain (headaches, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis)
Lymphatic Drainage
The lymphatic system is essential for your body’s health. It aids in the maintenance of fluid balance, the regulation of the immune system, and the removal of waste and toxins from your body. A lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle full-body massage that stimulates the lymphatic system, promoting the movement of lymph in the body and eliminating excess fluid retention in the tissues.
Facial Cupping
Facial cupping uses small, gentle glass cups to stimulate blood and lymphatic flow to your facial tissues. It enhance the quality and tone of your skin, boosts collagen production, which helps improve the texture and elasticity of the skin, effectively reducing the appearance of fine lines. Additionally, facial cupping brightens the skin, diminishes puffiness, alleviates muscle tension, eases TMJ symptoms, relieves sinus pain, and enhances product absorption.
Facial cupping is included in our 90-minute lymphatic drainage treatment or can be added on to any massage therapy treatment.
TMJ/Buccal Massage
Buccal massage is an advanced facial technique that works both externally and intra-orally to release deep tension in the facial muscles. This massage technique targets the muscles of the cheeks, jaw, and lower face, which are often affected by stress, clenching, or TMJ-related tension.
By working on the internal and external facial muscles, buccal massage enhances muscle tone, supports lymphatic drainage, and helps reduce swelling and puffiness. Facial cupping is incorporated during the treatment to further stimulate lymphatic drainage and promote tissue health.

Our mobile services allow clients to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate with a range of treatments, including relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage, facial massage, buccal massage, and cupping therapy. IV Therapy will be available Summer 2026.
Mobile treatments are available for an additional fee of $50 fee per client, with a minimum of two clients per session.
All massage supplies are provided except linens. Clients are asked to supply two flat sheets, one pillowcase or hand towel and any additional blankets for your comfort. A space on the main floor is preferred, and parking must be available. Locations more than 6 km from the clinic may incur an additional fee.
