Swedish massage is a traditional Massage Therapy treatment that uses light to moderate pressure to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and ease everyday muscle tension. Deep tissue massage uses similar techniques but applies firmer pressure to target deeper into the muscle and help relieve chronic tightness and discomfort.

 Medical acupuncture is a nerve stimulation technique used to modulate neurological activity, alleviate pain and improve muscle function. The application of acupuncture helps to alleviate muscle pain/tension, nerve pain, increases blood flow and helps to promote tissue healing. 

Fine, sterile needles are inserted into specific parts of the body to stimulate the sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles. The needles are stimulated either manually or with electricity.

Medical Acupuncture is best suited for sports injuries, musculoskeletal pain problems (neck pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, joint pain), chronic pain (headaches, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis)

Facial cupping uses small, gentle glass cups to stimulate blood and lymphatic flow to your facial tissues. It enhance the quality and tone of your skin, boosts collagen production, which helps improve the texture and elasticity of the skin, effectively reducing the appearance of fine lines. Additionally, facial cupping brightens the skin, diminishes puffiness, alleviates muscle tension, eases TMJ symptoms, relieves sinus pain, and enhances product absorption.

Facial cupping is included in our 90-minute lymphatic drainage treatment or can be added on to any massage therapy treatment.

Neuromodulators are used to temporarily relax targeted facial muscles that contribute to expression lines. By softening muscle activity, these treatments help reduce the appearance of dynamic wrinkles while maintaining natural facial movement.

Treatments are quick, minimally invasive, and require little to no downtime, making them a popular option for clients looking to achieve a refreshed and natural-looking appearance.

All injectable services are performed under the medical oversight of our Medical Director and include a consultation prior to treatment to ensure the treatment plan is safe and appropriate for your goals.

What to Expect

Your appointment will begin with a consultation to review your goals and assess the treatment area. Small amounts of neuromodulator are carefully injected into targeted muscles using a very fine needle. The treatment typically takes 10–20 minutes and most clients are able to return to their normal activities shortly after.

Results

Initial results typically begin to appear within 7 days, with full results developing around 10–14 days after treatment. A follow-up appointment is scheduled at approximately two weeks to assess the results and determine if any minor adjustments or touch-ups are needed.

Results generally last 3–4 months, after which maintenance treatments are recommended to maintain the desired effect.

Aftercare

• Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for 24 hours
• Remain upright for 4 hours following treatment
• Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot tubs for 24 hours
• Follow any additional instructions provided during your appointment
